Information only

The site is a directory. It describes prices, client support, and our opinion of public signals for paid MCP servers. The site is for general information. It is not a store, a checkout, a marketplace order form, or a contract between you and any listed publisher.

Prices, client lists, and scores can be wrong or out of date the moment after we publish them. A price on this site is a snapshot labeled as of a date. Verify it with the seller before you pay anyone. Example listings use fictional publisher names and invented figures. They are marked Example listing.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings, prices, client compatibility, opinion scores, or outbound links are accurate, complete, current, or free of error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Innovance Advisors LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or any third-party product you reach from it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the site in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid us nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Third-party links

Links to sellers and to platforms such as MCPRush, MCPX, and MCPize are third-party links. You follow them at your own risk. We do not control those sites, their prices, their install instructions, or their privacy practices. A purchase, subscription, or install is a transaction between you and that third party. We may earn a commission from some links. The commission does not change the opinion score and does not pin a listing to the top. Paid placements are labeled on the card.

No professional or security advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, security, or other professional advice. The opinion score is our editorial opinion as of the date printed on the listing. It is not a security review, a penetration test, or a recommendation to install or avoid a server. You are responsible for your own review before you connect a server to an AI client.

Accounts and submissions

Browsing does not require an account. If you send us an email address through a form, you agree that the information is accurate enough for us to reply. Newsletter requests use double opt-in: we do not treat you as subscribed until you confirm. See the privacy draft for how email is handled.

Your submissions

If you submit a listing, a claim, a correction, or any other content, you are responsible for it. You represent that you have the rights to send it and that it is not knowingly false.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Innovance Advisors LLC from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of content you submit, your use of the site, or your violation of these terms. This includes a claim that your submission infringes someone else's copyright or other right.

Copyright takedown

If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright, email mcppricelist@outlook.com with the URL of the page, a description of the work, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. The same address is the contact on the corrections page. You can also use the corrections and removal form. We may remove or annotate material while we review the notice. Sending a notice does not require us to remove it.

Corrections and removal

If you believe a listing is wrong, or you want a listing removed, or you want an email deleted, or you want a score re-reviewed, use the corrections and removal form on this site or email mcppricelist@outlook.com. We read those requests. We may correct, annotate, or remove a listing, or we may leave it in place with the date of our review. We do not promise a particular outcome or a particular timeline. Sending a request does not create a duty to publish your statement.

Florida law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes arising out of the site or these terms is the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes

We may update this draft. The new text will appear on this page. When we change it, we will change the date shown with the draft. Material changes will be described at the top of the page. The page will keep the draft banner until a lawyer has reviewed the text we intend to publish. Continued use of the site after we publish a final version means you accept that version. If you do not accept an update, stop using the site.

Severability

If a court holds that one part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. The unenforceable part will be read as narrowly as the law allows so the rest of the terms can stand.
